Welcome to Lingomasters Translation and Attestation Services. By accessing our Website and using our translation and attestation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

- Translation Services: We offer professional translation services for various legal, medical, technical, and business documents.

- Attestation Services: We provide document attestation services, including notarization, authentication, and legalization for use in official capacities.

Use of Services

- Eligibility: You must be 18 years old to use our services.

- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information so that we can effectively provide the services.

- Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Order Process

- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our Website, email, or in person at our office.

- Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the requested services and estimated completion time.

Collection and Delivery

As a complimentary service, Lingomasters offers free collection and delivery of documents within the UAE, excluding remote areas. This service may utilize courier services or be facilitated by our staff for document pickup or dispatch to your designated address. Alternatively, clients may retrieve their documents from our office upon completion.

The timeline for document attestation begins the day after receipt at our office. While we strive to ensure timely collection and delivery, this timeframe is a courtesy and does not constitute a binding contractual commitment.

Undelivered Documents

Suppose you cannot collect your document from Lingomasters or accept the delivery we provided. In that case, we kindly request that you provide written confirmation within 100 days of the order's completion and when you will retrieve the document. Lingomasters reserves the right to dispose of any documents from clients who do not collect or confirm receipt within this period.

Delayed Orders

Government Regulations and Changes:
The attestation process is governed entirely by Government Entities. Rules, regulations, and specific timeframes are subject to change without prior notice from these Government Departments and consular offices. Lingomasters will inform clients of these delays as they become known. Delays may also result from system failures at government offices, local public holidays, adverse weather conditions, political disputes, and occurrences beyond our control.
Responsibility for Delays:
Lingomasters cannot be held accountable for such delays, considered non-working days in our service timelines.
Document Rejection:
Lingomasters is not liable for documents rejected during attestation due to their non-eligibility. We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred up to the point of rejection.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Service prices are subject to change without notice. You will pay the price that is in effect at the time of order.

If government fees or attestation processes change, leading to increased charges, Lingomasters will promptly inform the client. We will proceed with the service only upon obtaining the client's confirmation, either verbally or in writing (electronic or non-electronic). Any additional fees resulting from such changes will be passed on to the client accordingly.

- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

- Payment Terms: Payment is required before the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation of Order

Translation Services:

Clients may cancel translation orders by notifying Lingomasters in writing (electronic or non-electronic).
Cancellations made before the commencement of translation services will incur no charges.
For cancellations after the translation has begun, clients will be liable for payment proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation notice. If the translation process has been completed at the time of cancellation, we reserve the right to the payment of the total fee quoted.

Attestation Services:

Clients may cancel attestation orders by notifying Lingomasters in writing (electronic or non-electronic).
Cancellations made before the submission of documents for attestation will incur no charges.
For cancellations after submission, clients will be liable for fees incurred up to the cancellation notice, including government fees or third-party charges and a proportionate service charge. If the attestation process has been completed at the time of cancellation, we reserve the right to the payment of the total fee quoted.

General Terms:

Lingomasters reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations.
Any refunds for canceled services will be subject to a deduction of incurred costs and administrative fees.
Lingomasters will process cancellation requests promptly upon receipt of written notification.

Delivery of Services

- Turnaround Time: We strive to complete orders within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the work.

- Delivery Method: Completed documents will be delivered electronically or via courier, per the client's preferenclient'sidentiality

- Privacy Policy: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your documents. All personal and sensitive information will be handled with the utmost care and privacy.

- Data Protection: We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Quality and Accuracy

Translation Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our translations, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free. If you find errors in the translated document, please contact us for a review and correction.

- Attestation Accuracy: We ensure that all documents are attested according to the requirements of the relevant authorities. However, we are not responsible for any authority rejecting attested documents.

Limitation of Liability

- General Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from using our services is limited to the amount you paid.

- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services.

Missing / Damaged Documents: If Lingomasters directly damages or loses a document, we will cover the actual cost of obtaining a duplicate copy upon submission of relevant documents. Lingomasters assumes responsibility for compensating directly incurred fees from this incident, excluding indirect or collateral expenses.

Documents are processed and handled by officials in various government departments or consular offices. Lingomasters does not accept responsibility for damage to documents during these processes. Such incidents are beyond our guaranteed security scope.

Courier companies accept only standard-size documents for collection and delivery. Clients are advised to take reasonable precautions when submitting large documents to ensure they are not folded during courier handling.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss the issue.

- Non-refundable Services: Refunds will not be provided for completed services unless there is a proven error on our part.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
